Qween Amor

Qween Amor is a Brooklyn-based performance artist, filmmaker, registered nurse, and activist whose work uses public performance, religious imagery, movement, and the body to explore trans and queer liberation, state violence, colonialism, bodily autonomy, spirituality, and collective freedom. Active for more than a decade, Amor has performed in streets, protests, galleries, marches, and festivals across the United States, transforming public space into a site of resistance, ritual, visibility, and joy. Her practice moves between performance, film, writing, activism, and community care, while her recent work develops a larger spiritual and artistic mythology centered on Mary Magdalene, the Madonna, and the reclamation of the divine feminine.
